The Senior Systems Engineer is a high-level individual contributor specializing in Perforce Helix Core to support, enhance, and optimize critical source control infrastructure.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the Perforce environment through proactive management, advanced automation, and deep collaboration with software development and tools engineering teams.

The Senior Systems Engineer balances complex operational requirements with long-term strategic projects, providing technical leadership and clear communication across multiple global teams to drive continuous infrastructure improvement.

Infrastructure Optimization: Maintain, monitor, and optimize Perforce Helix Core infrastructure to ensure high availability, peak performance, and enterprise-grade security.

System Administration: Oversee complex server configurations, triggers, permissions, and multi-tool integrations to support global development workflows.

Reliability & Data Integrity: Architect and implement industry best practices for system reliability, data integrity, comprehensive backup strategies, and disaster recovery protocols.
