Requirements
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Experience supporting external audits.
Automotive, dealership, retail, or inventory accounting experience.
Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Controller serves as the Controller's primary business partner and is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, technical accounting, financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
This role will play a key part in building and improving accounting processes through automation while ensuring compliance with U.S.
