Senior Project Manager

Required:

Post-secondary education degree or diploma in a construction related area of study.

Minimum of ten (10) years of direct project management work experience working in high-rise / ICI construction.

Advanced knowledge of Quality Management, Risk Management practices and techniques, procurement, construction documents, contracts and contract law, Cost Control, Forecasting & Project Cost Reporting and Scheduling & Constructability.

Demonstrated success in leading multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and company operations specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures.

Brief Overview

:

The Senior Project Manager reports to the VP, Operations and is accountable for managing multiple projects and project managers within a portfolio. The Senior Project Manager will provide strong client relations and will be responsible for the overall profitability and success of every project under their control. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and mentorship to multiple project teams.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for overseeing multiple project contract documents and ensures schedules and profitability targets are being maintained. Ensures compliance with the Baseline Schedule.

Active with client in the pre-construction phase of the project and ensures a seamless handoff to the Project Manager.
