Requirements
One (1) year or more of experience providing student services in a higher education institution.
Outstanding interpersonal and student‑service skills with one (1) or more years of experience in academic advising, student coaching, customer service, or a related student‑facing role.
Experience supporting students experiencing academic difficulty through proactive advising, coaching interventions, early alerts, retention initiatives, or related student success programs.
