Dry Plant Supervisor

High School Diploma or GED

Supervisory or leadership experience

Experience with sand processing, mining, or bulk material handling

Ability to read and interpret documents and data

Computer skills – inputting data, reading charts, using MS Office (Teams, Mail, Word and Excel)

Leadership and coaching skills

Assure that new employees are tasked trained, have been assigned a mentor, and are wearing the required green hardhats until training is complete

Direct supervision of heavy equipment operators, lab technicians, and process operators in both wet and dry plants. This includes:

Managing absenteeism, tardiness, and any excused absences

Being actively involved with timecard management

Coaching employees on how to improve their skill, behavior, and attitude

Setting goals team and individual goals
