Requirements
3+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, or distribution center (DC) operations.
Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Food & Beverage industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with computer ordering systems and other IT-related systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Shift Rotation- Weekday Nights:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday 5pm – 5:30am
Week 2: Monday – Wednesday 5pm – 5:30pm

The compensation for this position includes base + bonus target: $23.00 per hour and $1.00 shift differential; 5% target quarterly bonus
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sign drivers in and out of the facility, verifying all necessary paperwork.
Assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loads.
Maintain accuracy in door assignments and update the yard report for trailer inventory.
Process Bills of Lading along with other shipping and receiving documents.
Reconcile inbound shipments with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activities.
About the Company
Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing activities in the Shipping and Receiving Office and serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing drivers. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is tasked with completing paperwork, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that all documents are accurate and error-free. Additionally, the Clerk provides necessary information both internally and externally as required.
