Requirements
5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field
3+ years experience running HR reports and interpreting workforce data.
Expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
Experience using HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI)
Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or HR technology programs preferred.

Responsibilities
Role Overview
You will support Experian Health by delivering data-driven insights and continuous improvement across core HR processes. You will work with HRBPs and business leaders to accomplish talent plans, enhance HR processes, and provide relevant workforce analytics.
We design this position as a growth path into an HR Business Partner role. The
Senior HR Generalist
will gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive support while building expertise in HR operations, analytics, and program execution. You will report into the Sr. HRBP Director
