Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness mainly onsite at the customer location in Toronto at Pearson airport for 8 hours a month (two shifts of 4 hours.

Provide solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connection to appropriate resources.

Proactively develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute against a local action plan for your site.

Coordinate and deliver critical incident response

Conduct company tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events

Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs, and are able to provide appropriate referrals to members.

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will deliver solution-focused consultations to employees, provide management consultations to leaders, facilitate trainings, respond to critical incidents, and offer assessment and referral support for mental health services to employees at Pearson Airport. You will also consult with HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational matters. This role reports to the Spring Health Global Clinical Manager.
