This position requires keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting performance metrics, as you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex payroll inquiries. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Enjoy engaging in phone conversations for up to 6 hours a day.
Demonstrate a passion for customer care and the ability to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Show a desire to learn payroll; prior experience is welcome but not required.
Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.

As a Client Support Specialist for our Payroll Product, you'll have the opportunity to work on the forefront, supporting our payroll software and serving as the primary contact for small and medium-sized business clients across various industries. You'll be able to hone your troubleshooting skills, multitask effectively, and balance multiple projects while being a positive influence for businesses.

Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers that
love our software
Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the BambooHR payroll software, etc. (if you don’t already know this, don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
