Requirements
in an operational program management, product operations, or PMO leadership role within a high-growth technology/SaaS company.
Proven track record of managing highly complex, multi-million dollar initiatives involving matrixed, cross-functional teams.
Advanced financial and scenario modeling skills; ability to distill ambiguous data sets (e.g., pricing elasticity, stubborn accounts) into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Experience with structured innovation frameworks, OKR methodologies, or Agile-at-scale frameworks in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate personal output, documentation, and analysis.

Responsibilities
Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects:
Support the wider Strategy Team with market and competitive intelligence, thematic deep dives, financial scenario modeling (with FP&A), and macro business analysis as required.
