The Director of Supply Chain Operations & Performance is a key strategic leader within BioMarin\u2019s Global Supply Chain organization.

This role is responsible for establishing and driving the performance management framework that ensures BioMarin\u2019s supply chain operates reliably, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise priorities supporting patients with rare diseases.

In addition, the role acts as the VP of Global Supply Chain\u2019s primary partner in managing operational execution across the function.

This includes driving strategic initiatives, coordinating leadership team operations and standardized governance, improving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the Global Supply Chain organization operates cohesively, transparently, and with strong rhythm-of-business discipline.

This position requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen, exceptional analytical capability, and the ability to drive outcomes across a complex, global, GxP-regulated supply chain environment.
