Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage the full payroll lifecycle including data collection, wage calculations, deductions, benefits integration, and final payment processing for all employees across multiple states.

Ensure payroll processing complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including timely tax filings and reporting requirements.

Review, audit, and reconcile payroll reports and records to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.

Lead and manage payroll vendor relationships, including negotiating service level agreements, monitoring performance, and ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards.

Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions.

Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new payroll systems or upgrades to existing platforms to support scalability and automation.
