Requirements
5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience installing and supporting Oracle Siebel on Windows and Linux platforms.
Experience performing Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities, preferably on recent Siebel versions.
Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Application Interface (AI), AOMs, and Tomcat environments.
Experience configuring and supporting Siebel Gateway clustering and load-balanced environments.
Strong experience with Siebel performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning.

Responsibilities
The Senior Siebel Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of Oracle Siebel CRM environments across the enterprise.
This role ensures the stability, security, availability, and performance of critical CRM applications while supporting upgrades, integrations, cloud initiatives, and disaster recovery activities.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Siebel infrastructure and administration, partnering with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support business operations.
Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM environments across development, testing, and production environments.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle Siebel applications on both Windows and Linux platforms.
Lead and support Siebel upgrades to current releases, preferably Siebel 25.x and newer versions.
