Responsibilities
As a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Business Partner, you will support FLINT’s operations and business units.
This role is responsible for offering strategic HR guidance on various issues, ensuring alignment with company policies, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall business environment.
Provide strategic HR support across employee relations, retention, engagement, succession planning, internal recruitment, and policy guidance.
Design, implement, and evaluate HR initiatives that align with organizational needs and business strategies.
Build strong internal relationships by offering expert advice and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives, while staying informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
