Requirements
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
Knowledge of artist and songwriter monetization channels, royalties, and other music industry financial processes is highly preferred.
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and wrangling large financial datasets.
Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly Dash, etc); you know how to build a dashboard that recommends a solution instead of just describing the problem.
Experience leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to boost productivity in financial settings
Experience conducting data analysis with Python
Responsibilities
As an Analyst on the Deals Office’s Reporting & Analysis team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the insights and analysis that power our content investment decisions across Recorded Music and Music Publishing.
This role requires a highly analytical mentality that’s equally comfortable with high-level strategy and granular data analysis.
The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume financial environment, with experience communicating results to senior collaborators and using AI tools to improve efficiency.

The deals office drives the evaluation and structure of all recorded music and music publishing deals to enable long-term growth. We partner with closely with global business leaders to assess opportunities that balance creativity with commercial value strengthening our market position and shareholder value
