Requirements
Provide backup support during training sessions, including managing sign-in sheets, distributing materials, facilitating surveys, and completing post-training follow-ups.
Learning Systems & Technical Support
Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including organizing course catalogs, course descriptions, and course tags.
Support the onboarding of new users into the LMS, including login assistance, MFA support, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor and encourage usage of various learning tools by tracking usage reports, supporting content creation, and helping maintain an organized video library.
Provide technical support for employees and trainers using training platforms or tools.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be at the center of our learning operations—coordinating training logistics, supporting training delivery, maintaining documentation, managing learner inquiries, and providing technical support for learning systems. In addition, this role applies foundational project coordination practices to support the planning, execution, and tracking of learning initiatives.
Monitor and manage training-related queries, ensuring timely responses and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members or resources.
