$52,500k -$55,697k

This role supports the daily operations of our school performing administrative tasks which allow communication to flow between the school and families.
The Operations Associate supports students, families, and staff and is essential to creating an optimal environment for learning and growth.
Promote the implementation of operational systems that enhance teaching and learning by ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
Reinforce essential protocols and logistics for daily operations, including arrival, transitions, and dismissal routines, as well as school events and activities such as after-school and special programs, field trips, and assemblies.
Strengthen familial connections by proficiently communicating through ParentSquare, the school operations email, and various communication channels.
