Requirements
8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services (e.g., investment management, project management, private investing, investment banking, transaction advisory services, capital markets, management consulting, etc.)
Experience with 1940 Act Funds and private markets a plus
Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $220,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join its Independent Advisor Solutions team.
The Independent Advisor Solutions group has launched five 1940 Act registered funds and continues to expand its investment offerings.
A core differentiator is iCapital’s partnerships with leading alternative asset managers and top-tier wealth management platforms.
In this role, the Product Manager will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to build and manage an evergreen portfolio that includes direct co-investments, funds, and strategic partnerships.
This individual will play a critical role in driving the growth of iCapital’s evergreen registered fund business by overseeing key aspects of fund operations, investor relations, marketing, and distribution strategy, among other responsibilities.
Own all aspects of fund operations and business growth, excluding investment decisions and external marketing.
