Responsibilities
St. Anne's-Belfield School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team, providing coverage for the Upper School Grades 9-12 classrooms on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for supporting student learning across a range of grade levels and subjects. Substitute Teachers are responsible for implementing prepared lesson plans, managing classroom environments, and fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and development.
Instructional Delivery
: Follow and implement lesson plans prepared by the primary classroom teacher, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
Classroom Management
: Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment, maintaining order and promoting positive behavior to support a safe and productive learning space.
