Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Deal Desk Team who lives the

Twilio Magic

to support our North American Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for an individual to gain and expand a broad spectrum of cross-functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to evaluate, structure, and execute deals in a way that is a “win-win” for both customers and Twilio. The ideal candidate is passionate, dedicated, and able to understand complex problems while providing financially sound, clearly communicated explanations and solutions.

Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Finance and Sales.

Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners, as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end.
