5+ years of Technical Program Management experience

, with a track record of leading complex programs in high-growth engineering organizations.

You understand the technical challenges of "syncing," "latency," and "eventual consistency." You can discuss architectural trade-offs with Engineers regarding offline capabilities.

Hardware/IoT Awareness:

You are comfortable managing programs that involve physical world constraints (firmware updates, device procurement, rolling out code to distributed endpoints).

You understand the "Why" behind the "What." You use data and customer empathy to help prioritize the roadmap and can push back when technical decisions threaten the user experience.
