Payroll System Analyst - Michels Canada

Minimum of five (5) years of payroll-related experience, including full cycle payroll, audit management, analysis and reporting.

Experience supporting or participating in ERP system implementations.

Experience with Trimble/Viewpoint ERP considered an asset.

Acting as the primary point of contact for testing new product applications within Viewpoint.

Executing and coordinating payroll testing for new and existing product applications.

Ensuring all new applications meet or exceed applicable government legislation and regulatory requirements.

Partnering with Business Analysts and HRIS Administrators to ensure that systems and applications comply with legislative standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and company expectations.

Developing, maintaining, and documenting testing protocols and operational processes.
