Responsibilities
With a calm, professional, and guest-focused approach, you'll oversee front-of-house operations, lead the service team, and ensure every detail is executed seamlessly.
Leading the front-of-house team during events, providing direction, support, and coaching to deliver exceptional guest service.
Overseeing event execution, including service flow, room readiness, food quality and presentation, timing, and overall guest experience.
Welcoming guests, addressing questions or concerns, and communicating special requests, dietary needs, and event details with the culinary and service teams.
Assisting with food and beverage service and supporting operational tasks as needed to ensure events run smoothly.
Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or high-volume service environments
