Director, Asset Management (Engineering and Finance)

You should have a deep understanding of energy markets and a proven track record of driving ROI in capital-intensive environments.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable in the details of a financial model as they are overseeing large-scale project execution.

Expert-level skills in financial modeling, underwriting, and managing capital deployment for large-scale assets.

Significant experience negotiating and managing power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, energy-related regulatory compliance, and real estate contracts.

A history of leading multi-site portfolios, with a focus on optimizing cost structures and enhancing revenue.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members.

oversees the strategic direction and financial performance of our energy infrastructure and data center portfolio. This is a senior leadership position focused on maximizing the value of our physical assets through capital allocation, operational & contractual optimization, and long-term investment strategy.
