Learning & Development Specialist, Intermediate - (12 Month Term)

Experience designing, coordinating, and facilitating learning and leadership development programs

Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

The hiring range for this position is $77,000 $85,000 per annum

You will work closely with leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and translate them into practical, scalable learning solutions.

This role supports both technical and leadership development across the organization and requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to support the development and delivery of impactful learning solutions

Manage end-to-end program administration including scheduling, logistics, learner communications, participation tracking, and completion reporting

Develop engaging communication campaigns and promotional materials to increase awareness, participation, and learner engagement
