Requirements
2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
Equivalent professional coursework and experience or a four-year degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management, documentation control; coursework in business management or a pharmaceutical professional certification.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory management, demand planning, and experience with FDA and DEA regulated facilities. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP software such as D365 or equivalent ERP system and Quality System such as Master Control or equivalent systems.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and planning logic
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Responsibilities
The
Operations Planner / Scheduler
is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production schedules that align customer demand with manufacturing capacity, material availability, and operational constraints. This role works cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and efficient use of resources.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability
Balance production capacity, labor, and equipment to meet customer requirements and business goals
