Responsibilities
Cloud Operations Administrator
As a Cloud Operations Administrator in our North American service delivery group,you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing the cloud instances of CBN solutions for our Canadian government customers at the federal and provincial/territorial levels.
In this position you will manage and provide ongoing support to ensure they remain highly available, reliable, and secure.
Cloud Administration
Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure‑as‑code and automation pipelines to reduce manual operations and improve reliability and repeatability.
