As the AI Technical Lead at Martell Group, you’ll be the engine behind our product, translating real-world business problems into lightning-fast, scalable AI solutions.

You’ll work side-by-side with a commercially proven co-founder under Martell Group' battle-tested venture studio model, owning everything from architecture to iteration velocity.

This role is perfect for a pragmatic, execution-led builder ready to ship with speed, autonomy, and clarity, without the fundraising distraction.

You will take a validated product concept and turn it into a shipped, scalable SaaS product.

Early on you build the foundational stack and convert concierge delivery into software.

As the customer base grows, you harden the product, set engineering standards, and prepare the ground for future hires.
