Global Channel Program Manager, Partner Programs

Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs and processes

Ability to understand end-to-end business impacts, including operational, financial, legal, systems, and regional considerations

Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools

Experience managing global channel or partner programs

Understanding of multi-tier channel go-to-market models and partner ecosystems

Experience with partner programs, incentives, or enablement programs

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,000 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual contributor to drive and manage several high-profile global Autodesk channel programs, transforming strategy into scalable execution.

Reporting to the Director, Global Channel Programs & Incentives, you will partner with cross-functional leaders and regional teams to design, implement, and continuously evolve programs that improve partner experiences, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As the key connection between strategy and execution, you will collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions, translating program concepts into scalable global solutions by determining the most effective implementation approach and supporting regions through rollout and ongoing program management.

This versatile role combines strategic program design, detailed initiative planning, project management, communications, governance, and continuous evaluation to ensure programs remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Translate strategic concepts into scalable global processes and implementation plans that support regional deployment, adoption, and operational excellence
