Technical Expertise & Platforms
Proven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role, with a track record of managing monthly budgets of $100K+.
Search & Social Excellence: Advanced mastery of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Platform Assets: Experience with DV360, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads is considered a significant asset.
Certifications: Up-to-date Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities
As a Paid Media Specialist, you are the hands-on engine behind our clients' growth. You don't just "monitor" accounts; you take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle—from planning, technical architecture, and daily budget pacing to granular troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Managers, Supervisors, and Creative) to align media tactics with broader business goals. Your focus is on driving measurable ROI across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok (& more) for a diverse portfolio of Ecom, B2B, and B2C clients spanning multiple industries. You are a technical power-user who translates complex platform data into clear, actionable results for your clients
Strategic Planning & Execution
Comprehensive Media Plans: Craft, implement, and critically challenge media plans to ensure they align with ambitious client KPIs.
Multi-Platform Mastery: Create and manage high-performing PPC and Paid Social campaigns (Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a relentless focus on ROI.
Algorithmic & Manual Optimization: Leverage AI and machine learning while maintaining human strategic control through performance-improving optimizations.
