Requirements
Shows strong organizational abilities and can develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
Has prior sales experience; inside sales experience is an advantage.
Maintains a strong track record of sales success.
Possesses knowledge of the beverage market.
Has a thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business model.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $41,600 - $54,080 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

Responsibilities
Manage all Red Bull products and accounts by achieving 100% adherence to defined call frequencies.
Resolve issues, maintain accurate call records, and follow up on all orders.
Develop new account relationships within assigned markets.
Identify current and ongoing product needs to increase sales.
Use all Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) sales tools and provide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) with clear communication regarding execution activities.
Develop a plan to complete all daily account calls, track results, and identify targets for subsequent calls.

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for increasing product sales and placement at all on-premise and off-premise store locations within an assigned territory. The ISM’s primary role is to provide exceptional service to all customers while enhancing brand visibility and market penetration through the use of effective sales tactics, market insights, and field sales execution.
