Lead the planning, development, and implementation of complex manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and facility improvements that support operational and strategic business objectives.

Serve as a technical expert for manufacturing engineering activities, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional team members.

Lead cross-functional teams in the successful introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies, ensuring production readiness, launch success, quality requirements, and cost objectives are achieved.

Develop and execute long-term manufacturing strategies that improve productivity, capacity, safety, quality, and operational efficiency through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact cost reduction, value engineering, automation, and capital investment initiatives; prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and return-on-investment analyses to support recommendations.

Drive plant layout optimization, workflow improvements, and material flow strategies to increase throughput, reduce waste, and support future growth requirements.
