Shop Assistant

A dependable team player with strong attention to detail

Ability to perform physical tasks, work indoors and outdoors, and manage a variety of responsibilities

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and time-management skills

Valid driver’s license

High School Diploma or GED preferred

: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Maintain a clean and safe shop, warehouse, and facility by sweeping floors, emptying trash, and keeping all areas free of debris

Support technicians and warehouse staff with general tasks including loading/dumping forklift hoppers, cleaning equipment, and assisting as needed

Perform routine grounds upkeep including debris removal and site cleanup

Handle minor facility repairs like changing light bulbs and light painting

Operate a forklift (with certification) and pick up local parts using a company vehicle

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and provide general assistance to customers and team members
