High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in student services, career services, advising, workforce development, recruiting, or a related support role
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel locally or overnight as needed

Responsibilities
As a Career Success Coordinator, you will engage students early to build strong and consistent relationships, supporting them through certification and placement.
Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics, which may include:
Retention and persistence
Student Engagement & Advocacy
Coordinate with employer engagement and career services partners to prepare students for successful entry into the placement window
