Bachelor\u2019s degree in behavioral health related field and two (2) years\u2019 of full-time behavioral health work experience; or \u00A0

Bachelor\u2019s degree in non-behavioral health related field and at least four (4) years\u2019 of full-time behavioral health work experience; or High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years\u2019 of full-time behavioral health work experience

Must have a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety of eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire

Case Manager Leads are required to have the ability to transport members using their own vehicle. To meet this requirement, they must possess:

A valid Arizona (AZ) driver's license

A clean driving record
