Requirements

7+ years owning engineering systems or PLM for complex physical systems or facilities.

Proven experience deploying and operating CAD/PDM/PLM platforms in production.

Deep experience with at least one major PLM ecosystem (e.g., Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill).

Strong understanding of configuration management, ECO/ECN, and BOM structures.

Experience with plant or factory design systems (piping, isometrics, equipment layout, instrumentation).

Experience integrating engineering systems with ERP or quality/compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Engineering Systems Analyst to own the engineering platforms used to design, build, and operate our chemical processing facilities.

This role is responsible for the architecture, deployment, and operation of CAD, PDM/PLM, and engineering data systems, and will personally stand up and administer these systems in the early stages.

You will establish the technical and procedural foundation for configuration control, change management, and engineering data integrity across the full lifecycle of the plant.

Own the architecture, deployment, and operation of CAD, PDM/PLM, and engineering data systems.

Personally install, configure, and administer these platforms initially.

Lead evaluation and selection of engineering platforms (e.g., Siemens NX/Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Autodesk, plant design systems).
