This role offers a hiring range of $80,000 to $100,000, aligned with our compensation framework and your professional background. Responsibilities

Heart & Stroke offers a hybrid work option. For this role, candidates can work from anywhere in Canada, and must be able to travel to the Toronto office when requested.

This role owns the day-to-day reliability, security, and evolution of the organization’s digital workplace and productivity platforms, spanning Microsoft 365 and other approved SaaS/PaaS services. The position partners with business and Technology stakeholders to simplify work, reduce manual effort, and deliver scalable solutions through platform configuration, governance, enablement, and automation.

The individual will align with business and Technology stakeholders to streamline work processes and minimize the amount of manual work involved in delivering scalable solutions through platform configuration/governance/enablement/automation. Success requires an engineering mindset: soliciting and understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities, identifying impacts, implementing secure and supportable improvements, and measuring the impact of delivered solutions.

Platform Engineering, Administration & Operations

Administer, configure, and maintain productivity and collaboration platforms (including Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and related admin/security capabilities).
