Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in the staffing industry or a large staffing/talent-acquisition department, ideally with multi-vertical or high-growth placement operations.
Proven success managing contractor relations, legal escalations, and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
Partner with the CFO and Finance on the Talent department budget and investment decisions.
Own departmental budget creation and adherence.
Set long-term Talent priorities and operating plans aligned with BELAY's people strategy.
$125,500 plus an eligible annual bonus of $20,000
Responsibilities
The Director of Talent leads BELAY's Talent department — sourcing, vetting, contracting, and placing independent contractors to meet client and placement demands.
Develop direct reports as an extension of BELAY's leadership principles and hold them accountable to company goals.
Set vision and strategy for the Talent team, and advise executive leadership on workforce and contractor supply planning.
Stay current on staffing industry trends, rates, and compliance; ensure interviewing, vetting, contracting, and placement meet federal and state law.
Serve as the escalation point for complex contractor relations, investigations, and legal or staffing risk.
Build leadership capability through coaching, talent reviews, and succession planning.
