Requirements
Demonstrable agency experience in Client Services, preferably in a Senior Account Manager or Account Supervisor role
Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications including digital, CRM, and email marketing
Experience with or working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
Deep understanding of production and interactive processes
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and navigating unstructured client requests with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strategic thinker with the ability to assess client requests critically and determine clear next steps

As an Account Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of a wide variety of campaigns.
You will project-manage the production process end to end and assist in leading a client services team alongside your global counterparts.
You will represent DEPT® to our clients, adding value to relationships beyond organizational skills—doing a mix of account management and strategic planning, not your typical suit.
As an Account Supervisor you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients while overseeing the delivery of a wide variety of integrated campaigns.
