Requirements
Experience in TV operations, ingest, quality control, playout, or MCR is a strong advantage
Familiarity with broadcast environments and transmission workflows
Knowledge of ingest systems, playout automation, and media servers
Understanding of video and audio technical standards (SDI, IP, codecs, loudness, sync)
Ability to monitor multiple signals and quickly identify technical faults
Basic understanding of live contribution protocols (SRT, RTMP, HLS, etc.)

Responsibilities
The CT Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring all critical systems involved in the channel’s broadcast chain, ensuring signal integrity, on-air quality, and continuous technical stability.
This professional plays a key role in ingest operations, content validation, quality control, file management, live transmission monitoring, and overall support to Production, Programming, MCR, and Engineering teams.
The CT Operator is essential for maintaining accuracy, reliability, and safety in SportyNet’s 24/7 broadcast operation.
