Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Data, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
Experience working within a Customer Data Platform (CDP) like Segment, Tealium, etc.
as well as analytics platforms like Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Strong analytical curiosity and desire to understand customer behavior
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Loyalty Marketing teams to develop B2B customer profiles and segments based on spend, trade/industry, and purchasing behavior leveraging our customer data
Analyze customer data to identify differences in needs, value drivers, and buying patterns across segments
Support hypothesis development around how messaging, offers, and channels should vary by segment
Create clear, executive-ready materials (slides / summaries) that communicate insights and recommendations
Assist with ad hoc data requests from the marketing team.
