Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate on the Growth & Quality Strategy & Operations team, you’ll join our broader Commerce Platform organization. You’ll play a key role in driving measurable growth across our products and services for many of the top restaurant brands in the country. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will build, maintain, and execute a pipeline of initiatives that both accelerate adoption and ensure our platform remains high-quality, reliable, and continuously improving for merchants and their customers.

You’ll do this by becoming an expert in the Commerce Platform offering and in enterprise restaurant tech stacks, operating processes, and common pain points—and translating those insights into prioritized opportunities, experiments, and fixes.

In this role, you will identify opportunities, design and run experiments, and lead cross-functional readouts that turn learnings into product decisions and scaled playbooks. In parallel, you’ll help steward the ongoing health of our products by monitoring quality signals on a regular cadence (e.g., weekly), identifying emerging issues, coordinating root-cause investigations and remediation with Product/Engineering, and ensuring fixes are validated and prevented from recurring.
