Requirements

5+ years managing content and social marketing teams.
Demonstrated success building and scaling content engines that balance brand storytelling with measurable business impact.
Experience managing multi-channel content strategies, including SEO, social, and video.
Proven ability to establish governance, processes, and scalable content frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/automation tools for marketing a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
$208,300 - $281,800 USD

Responsibilities
Head of Content & Strategy
to own our content engine and transform how we scale storytelling across channels.
You will be responsible for building and executing a holistic content strategy that establishes Harvey as the authoritative voice in legal AI, drives awareness in key markets, and fuels pipeline for GTM.
This role requires both editorial instinct and operational rigor.
You will design the frameworks, systems, and processes that allow Harvey’s story to be told consistently across every touchpoint from long-form thought leadership, blog, to social, SEO, and video.
