We are looking for a high-performing, analytical, and collaborative leader to drive operational excellence within our schools through thoughtful and innovative financial partnership.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Senior Analyst, FP&A will be a critical bridge between school leadership and the corporate office, leveraging data to optimize performance and support strategic decision-making.

You will operate as a key partner in rebuilding and strengthening the Schooling side of our FP&A function, ensuring that financial insights lead directly to operational improvements.

Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary finance point of contact for school operations and network functions, fostering a culture of innovative and analytical collaboration.

Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies across the organization by automating tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.

Financial Planning: Own the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting processes for Schools, including the development of complex financial models and dashboards.
