Bachelor’s degree required in education, counseling, human services, workforce development, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with youth, students, or in career counseling, workforce development, or education settings.

The salary range for this position is $41,000 - 50,500.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Support students in identifying post-secondary options, including college, trade schools, certifications, apprenticeships, and employment.

Collaborate with school staff to integrate career readiness into the curriculum and student support services.

Track student progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.

The Career Coach supports students in exploring, planning, and preparing for post-secondary education and career pathways. This role focuses on equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to make informed decisions about their future, including college enrollment, college credit plus, credit recovery, selecting career-based electives, workforce entry, parent outreach, and career advancement opportunities.
