Requirements

Work face-to-face and over phone and email with customers, providing a consultative approach to customer service, suggesting additional and alternative products, add-ons, and other support.

Coordinate with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and other departments to process orders.

Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure that delivery matches packing slip and examine incoming stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisor or vendor.

Sort, organize, and label merchandise with appropriate stock/inventory control codes.

Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves following a set of specific instructions or procedures.

Assist with intercompany transfer shipment of products as need to other Colony locations.
