Requirements
You’re an operationally minded and analytically driven professional with 2+ years of Revenue Cycle experience and a strong ability to use data to generate actionable insights.
You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve complex operational challenges and are motivated by improving systems at scale.
Strong understanding of RCM technology, workflows, and operational performance metrics
Strong Excel (or equivalent data tooling) skills; highly data-savvy
Strong ability to interpret data to evaluate workflow effectiveness and operational health
Action- and results-oriented, with a track record of driving initiatives forward
Responsibilities
As part of the broader Payer Operations function, you will join the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as a collaborative contributor.
In this role, you’ll help support the systems, processes, and insights that enable Fay to scale and deliver high-quality experiences for providers, patients, and partners.
You’re equally fluent in digging into data as you are in designing processes, communicating recommendations, and partnering with stakeholders.
