ANELLO Photonics

http://www.anellophotonics.com

is a leading-edge technology company based in Santa Clara, CA. The company has developed integrated photonic system-on-chip technology for next generation navigation. ANELLO's SIPHOG™ gyroscope is based on its patented photonic integrated circuit technology. The result is a product that is higher performance, much smaller size and weight, at a fraction of the cost of traditional gyros used in industrial, aerospace and military applications. It enables reliable and accurate navigation and positioning in GPS-Denied environments across autonomous applications for Land, Air and Sea.  ANELLO has a growing list of customers and revenue through design wins in commercial and defense.

ANELLO is seeking a detailed oriented and hands-on candidate who will take pride in driving new product development through prototype into production at scale. The successful candidate would work closely with R&D and Engineering teams to develop assembly and test processes used during the manufacturing of electromechanical components and optical-based subassemblies of IMU/INS navigation systems. This role could involve a wide range of hands-on tasks associated with improving our onsite production, while supporting our shift of production to our 3rd party contract manufacturers. In this role you will contribute to all aspects of assembly and test development, coverage, drive execution and document results. You will design and document manufacturing test fixtures applying both custom and off-the shelf hardware and software.
