3–5 years of demonstrated work experience in fire alarm, access control, CCTV, or low‑voltage system installation, including hands‑on field work and lead‑level responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Integrated Fire and Security Solutions (IFSS) is seeking a motivated and skilled Foreman to support Service, Installation, MAC, and Operations teams.
This role is responsible for leading onsite installation activities related to conduit, wiring, and device installation for low‑voltage systems, with an emphasis on fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance.
The Foreman ensures work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with IFSS quality standards.
This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating field efforts, mentoring technicians, and maintaining professionalism with both internal and external customers.
Install conduit, wiring, and devices for low‑voltage systems including fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance.
Lead field crews, schedule onsite resources, and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available when needed.
