Requirements
5+ years in complex machining/manufacturing environments.
Experienced in metrology and measurement techniques.
Hands-on approach to shop floor problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
As part of the talented Quality team, you will be responsible for support and facilitation of the quality system in the machining process to assure ongoing improvements in quality performance and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the plant departments to ensure continuity in company quality objectives, eliminating process waste and reducing variation.
Experience with machining processes for aluminum materials is a plus.
Ensure quality support in engine component manufacturing to meet plant objectives.
Lead root cause analysis, process improvements, and product rework using formal quality tools.
Provide an immediate communication bridge to production as a top priority.
